Anger Management Classes
Ongoing anger management group for those who are tired of having anger control their lives and are willing to participate in the process of change. Classes are interactive and will challenge you to think about the things trigger you anger differently. Expect to leave each class with practical tools you can use immediately to reduce your feelings of anger and increase your experience of peace. Classes are one hour long.
